Once all project details are agreed upon, we sign the contract. You provide a 30% deposit, enabling us to purchase materials, begin engineering, and secure permits.

Engineering Plan and Material Selection

Our engineers create a detailed project plan. We source and acquire high-quality materials tailored for your specific needs.

Permit Approval from Florida County

We handle the process of obtaining all necessary permits from your local county in Florida, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

Quality Installation and Final Payment

Our skilled professionals perform the installation according to the engineered plan. Once the project is completed, the remaining 70% payment is collected.

Daily Progress Reports – Transparent Updates on Your Project

Stay informed with daily progress reports detailing work completed, materials used, and milestones achieved. Each step is accompanied by attached photos and videos for full transparency.

Daily Work Report – Day 1

All necessary materials were successfully delivered to the site as planned;
The project officially began today with a focus on preparation and initial setup;
The site was marked and prepared according to the engineering plan to ensure accuracy and compliance;
Installation of the aluminum framework commenced;
Initial assembly steps were completed, setting the foundation for the project’s structure.

Daily Work Report – Day 2

Framework Installation. Continued installation of the aluminum framework in strict accordance with the engineering plan;
Ensured all measurements and alignments met specified standards;
Anchor Installation. Successfully installed anchor footings for the support columns, providing a strong and stable foundation for the structure;
Installed rafters as part of the preparation for the future roof assembly;
Ensured proper spacing and alignment to maintain structural integrity.

Daily Work Report – Day 3

Screen Installation. Installed a high-quality screen for the Lanai, made in the USA;
The screen is durable and features a fine mesh to effectively block small flies and mosquitoes, ensuring a comfortable outdoor experience;
Coil and Kick Plate Installation. Successfully installed the coil and kick plate to enhance the structure’s durability and functionality;
These components were precisely fitted to meet design specifications and provide additional structural integrity;
Roof Panel Installation. Installed durable aluminum roof panels to provide long-lasting protection and style;
Ensured proper alignment and secure fastening for structural stability and weather resistance.

Screen Door and Closure Kit Installation. Installed a durable screen door with a high-quality closure kit to ensure smooth operation and secure functionality;
Adjusted and tested the door for proper alignment and seamless use;
Gutter System Installation.Installed gutters, downspouts, and elbow components to effectively manage water drainage and protect the structure from potential water damage;

Fascia and Valance Installation. Installed fascia and valance to enhance the structure’s aesthetic and protect the roofline;
Ensured precise fitting and alignment to maintain durability and a clean, polished appearance;
Gutter System Inspection. Conducted a thorough quality check of the previously installed gutters, downspouts, and elbows;
Verified proper alignment, secure attachments, and effective water flow for optimal performance;
Quality Assurance. Performed a detailed inspection of all work completed today to ensure it meets high-quality standards and project specifications.
